Venison Gravy Recipe

1/4 cup
½ teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/4 cup
2 cups

ground venison
onion, chopped
salt
pepper
flour
milk

Recipe Pan Type: large skillet

Venison Gravy Directions

In a large skillet cook the ground venison and onion until meat is no longer pink in the middle.
Add the flour and stir to make a gravy paste.
Add salt, pepper and the milk.
Cook venison gravy over medium heat while stirring constantly until gravy mixture starts to boil and thickens.
Serve venison gravy over hot biscuits or toast.

Recipe Serves: 4 – 6
