Carole’s Chicken Wrap Recipe

3 cups
1/2 cup
6 green
1/2 cup
1/4 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
1/2 cup
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
2 Roma
3 tablespoons
4 – 6 flour

cooked chicken
cashews, chopped
onions, sliced
mayonnaise
curry powder
mango chutney
seedless green grapes, sliced in half
salt
pepper
tomatoes, sliced
parmesan cheese
tortillas

 

Wrap and serve chicken wraps for a tasty treat.


Chicken Wrap Directions

Dice the chicken and put into a large mixing bowl.
Add the chopped cashews, sliced green onions, mayonnaise, curry powder, mango chutney, grapes, salt and pepper.
Mix the chicken mixture well.
Place your desired amount of chicken into the middle of tortilla wrap.
Arrange sliced tomatoes on the top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Wrap and serve chicken wraps along with your favorite chips or soup.

Recipe Serves: 4 – 6
