Favorite RecipeGrilled Two Cheese Sandwich Recipe

8 slices
4 slices
4 slices		 bread
Swiss cheese
cheddar cheese

butter
dill pickles, optional

Stove Temp: medium
Recipe Cooking Time: till browned and cheese melts
Pan Type: skillet or electric fry pan


Two Cheese Sandwich Directions

Heat your skillet over medium heat.
Lay out four slices of bread.
Lay two slices of Swiss cheese and two slice of cheddar cheese onto each slice of sandwich bread.
Put second slice of sandwich bread on top of each.
Butter top side of bread.
Lay buttered side down into hot skillet.
Now butter the top of each bread slice.
Cook until the two cheese sandwich is nicely browned.
Turn and cook the second side until browned and two cheese kinds are melted.
Serve two cheese sandwich along with pickles and your favorite side dish.

Note: Kids of all ages love grilled cheese sandwiches.
My husbands favorite meal is grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup.
