Broccoli Salad Recipe

1 1/2 cups
1/3 cup
12 slices
1 cup
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1 cup
1/4 cup
4 teaspoons

broccoli
red seedless grapes, cut in half
red onion, diced
bacon, cooked crisp, crumbles
sunflower seed, toasted
salt
pepper
mayonnaise
sugar
vinegar

Recipe Container Type: large salad bowl

Broccoli Salad Directions

Wash broccoli and cut into bite size salad pieces. Drain broccoli well.
Place in large salad bowl. Add the cut grapes, diced red onion, crumbled bacon, toasted sunflower seeds, salt and pepper. Toss broccoli well to blend.

In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and pour over broccoli salad mixture.
Refrigerate broccoli salad until ready to serve.

Recipe Serves: 8 – 10
