Macaroni and Bacon Salad Recipe

2 cups
8 regular slices
4
2 stalks
6
1 1/4 – 1 1/2 cups
1/2 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon		 uncooked elbow macaroni
bacon, cooked crisp
eggs hard boiled, chopped
celery sliced thin
green onions, sliced
mayonnaise
salt
ground black pepper

paprika

Recipe Container Type: large mixing bowl


Macaroni and Bacon Salad Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Remove macaroni from stove and pour into a colander.
Rinse macaroni with cold water and drain well.
In a large mixing bowl combine the following; crumbled bacon, chopped eggs, sliced celery, and sliced green onions.
Add macaroni.
Stir macaroni and bacon salad to blend.
Add first amount of mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Stir well, then add more mayonnaise if needed.
Cover macaroni and bacon salad, refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Sprinkle salad top with paprika before serving.
