Apple Salad Recipe

1 large
1 large
2 stalks
1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1 large
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
1 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1 – 2 cups		 red delicious apple
golden delicious apple
celery, sliced thin
flaked coconut
walnuts, chopped
banana, sliced
raisins
mayonnaise
lemon juice
salt
whipped topping, thawed

Container Type: salad serving bowl


Apple Salad Directions

Do not peel the apples.
Wash, core and dice apples. Place apples into a large mixing bowl.
Add the sliced celery, flaked coconut, chopped walnuts, and sliced bananas.
Toss gently to blend.
In a medium mixing bowl combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt.
Mix well and fold in the whipped topping.
Gently fold mayonnaise mixture into apple mixture.

Recipe Note: I like to drizzle caramel topping all over the apple salad top just before serving.
