Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe

8 ounces
1/4 cup
2 cups
1/4 cup
1/3 cup
2 1/2 cups
1 cup
3/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
3 cups
1 – 2 ounces can
1/2 cup
spaghetti, cooked
butter
fresh sliced mushrooms
onion, chopped
flour
chicken broth
heavy cream
salt
pepper
chicken, cooked cubed
black olives, sliced
parmesan cheese, grated

Oven Temp: 375°
Recipe Cooking Time: 35 minutes
Pan Type: baking pan

Chicken Tetrazzini Directions

Preheat Oven.

Break pasta in half and cook according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
In a large skillet melt the butter.
Add the sliced mushrooms and onions, sauté until the vegetables are tender.
Add the flour and stir to make a paste.
Slowly add the chicken broth and heavy cream.
Cook over medium heat while constantly stirring until mixture is thickened.
Remove from heat add the salt, pepper, chicken, olives and cheese.
Mix well.
Add pasta and toss to coat.
Bake chicken tetrazzini uncovered for the allotted time or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with your favorite warm garlic bread.
