Oatmeal Peanut Cookie Recipe

2 large
1 teaspoon

1 cup		 butter
brown sugar, packed firm
granulated sugar
eggs
vanilla
flour
baking powder
baking soda
quick oats
salted Spanish peanuts

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 10 to 12 minutes
Pan Type: cookie sheet


Oatmeal Peanut Cookie Directions

Preheat your oven.

In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugars, add the eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and oats, mix until well blended.
Stir in the nuts.
Drop by well rounded teaspoons unto greased cookie sheets. Bake until lightly brown.

Recipe Yields: 3 dozen
