Layered Nick Bars Directions

Spray pan and set aside.

First Layer
In a medium size saucepan over low heat melt 1 cup of the chocolate chips, 4 tablespoons butter, butterscotch chips and 1/4 cup of the peanut butter.
Spread into bottom of pan and cool.

Second Layer
In a saucepan combine 1/4 cup evaporated milk, sugar and butter.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil stirring constantly 5 minutes.
Add the remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter, marshmallow cream, vanilla and peanuts and stir well.
Spread over first layer in pan.

Third Layer
Remove papers from caramels and put in saucepan with 4 tablespoons evaporated milk.
Melt together over medium heat until smooth.
Stir continuously so mixture does not scorch.
Spread this mixture over the second layer.

Final Layer
Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
Cool completely before cutting and serving with your favorite drink.
